The removal of cellulite is not a medical procedure rather it falls in the category of cosmetic surgery and is therefore handled by cosmetic surgeons. This is because, it is not something that causes complications with health and neither it is associated with severe diseases. It simply is the deformity of the skin and nothing more than that. The puckering deformity is a part of the body’s mechanism to store excess fat.
Nevertheless, people simply keep on coming to cosmetic clinics demanding a cellulite removal procedure be performed on them. Funny though that such people would not spend the same amount to get rid of an ailment as severe as tinnitus but cellulite is something that we do not mind spending on. The reason for such disparity in judgment is that most of us are driven by the urge to look good as it is the only thing that society looks at nowadays.
